1. Eligible Timeframes for Return or Exchange
Within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, the customer has the right to request a return or exchange for the following items:
– Lighting products
(Excludes fragile items such as electric bulbs, ceramic lamps, and similar breakables).
Within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, the customer has the right to request a return for the following items:
– Hand-woven rugs.
– Cushion products.
– Dinning table runner.
– Textiles in general.
Within 48 hours from the date of receiving the order, the customer has the right to request a return for the following items:
– Khoos and Halfa products.
– Hatab Henna wood products.
– Handmade items crafted from trees.
– Furniture items.
– Fragile items such as glass vases, ceramic vases, glass lamps, ceramic lamps, custom-made mirrors, glass kitchen items, and candles.
2. Non-returnable Products
Custom-made products (eligible for exchange only in this Cases)
Products with discount (eligible for exchange only in this Cases)
– Products delivered different from what was ordered.
– Products with quality defects not related to the nature of handmade crafting.
– Products received damaged or broken.
– Products whose color is significantly different from what was ordered.
3. How to Request a Return?

Please include your order number or website registration details.
Also provide us whith 3 images or 1 video of the product showing the issue.
4. Refund Process
– After submitting the return request, the internal review process may take up to 48 working hours.
– If approved, your order will pickup within 3 to 5 working days from the same address the product was delivered to.
– Once received in our main warehouse, the product is inspected to confirm the issue.
– If validated, the refund is processed through one of the following:
– Instapay transfer.
– Bank transfer (for credit card payments).
Note: Cash refunds are not available at Jazwaren.
The entire process may take 10 to 14 days.
5. When is a Return Request Rejected?
A return or exchange request will be rejected if:
– The product does not meet our return/exchange policy.
– The product received is different from what was originally ordered.
– The product is non-returnable, and there is no damage or defect.
– The product shows signs of misuse, wear, or personal damage.
If the customer refuses to receive the item after 3 return attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse without any right to reclaim the product or refund.
6. Are There Any Fees for Returning a Product?
In case of a refund, the shipping fees for the initial order will be deducted.
An additional 1.5% deduction will be made if the original order was paid using Cash on Delivery (COD).
An additional 3% deduction will be applied for credit card payments.
7. Important Notes
If we detect misuse of our return policy, such as excessive returns, returning inauthentic items, or repeated cancellation/refusal of orders, Jazwaren reserves the right to warn, limit, suspend, or terminate the customer account as necessary.
We will not accept or refund any product sent to us incorrectly, or not originally purchased from Jazwaren.
